Back to Earth — An Ode to the Season is a four-course autumn experience celebrating the land and its gifts, where roots, smoke, and soil meet in harmony. Through seasonal ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and expressive flavors, this dinner explores the beauty of simplicity, the bounty of the harvest, and our connection to the earth and the table.
Hosted by Chef Toya P. Henry, this intimate gathering brings the P.mento thesis to life: art, music, food, and conversation. Guests are invited to take their place around one long communal table, where strangers become dining companions and a shared meal becomes the beginning of something more. An anchor artwork sets the atmosphere, a curated musical journey carries the evening, and each course offers an opportunity to experience food beyond the plate.
The four-course menu is accompanied by thoughtfully selected pairings with every course, creating a dialogue between flavor, texture, and the season.
The evening unfolds through five intentional beats and five questions for the table. As each course is presented, Chef Toya shares a brief story from the plating station, offering insight into the inspiration, ingredients, and ideas behind the dish before opening the conversation with a question. Woven throughout the dinner are tableside presentations and sensory moments designed to invite guests to slow down, engage, and experience the evening together.

Back to Earth marks the solo relaunch of the P.mento home supper clubs: a limited series of intimate gatherings hosted in Brooklyn while the permanent P.mento space takes shape.
