Reservations

How do I make a reservation?
Reservations for Pimento can be made directly through our website or by contacting us via email. Reservations for Opal by Pimento are available exclusively on our Tock page.

Due to the intimate and curated nature of our dining experiences, we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date.

Can I reserve for a private group?
Yes. We welcome private dining experiences for groups of 13–40 guests. For custom menus, chef’s table dinners, or wine pairings, please inquire through our private dining form.

Menu & Experience

What type of cuisine do you offer?
Our menus are rooted in Caribbean sensibilities, refined through a global lens that reflects influences from Southeast Asia and contemporary American cuisine. Each experience celebrates heritage, artistry, and seasonality.

Is the menu fixed or à la carte?
All of our dining experiences are multi-course tasting menus that change seasonally. Each menu is designed as a curated journey and includes optional or built-in wine pairings.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We gladly accommodate certain dietary restrictions with advance notice. Please inform us of any allergies at least 72 hours before your reservation. 

At this time, we do not offer vegan menus.

Additionally, due to the nature of our menu and preparation methods, last-minute restrictions presented at the event may not be able to be accommodated.

Wine & Pairings

Are wine pairings included?
Yes, most experiences include curated wine pairings selected by our bev specialist team. Additional pairing tiers or artisanal beverage enhancements may be available upon request.

Can I bring my own wine?
Outside bottles are accepted with a $45 corkage fee per bottle.

Events & Performances

Do your dinners include live performances?
Select events, such as our Supper Club and themed experiences, feature performances celebrating Caribbean culture, music, and storytelling. Details are listed in each event description.

How long does each dinner last?
Most experiences last 3–4 hours, while special themed evenings may extend up to 5 hours to include performances and communal interaction.

Cancellations & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans may change. Should you need to cancel, we ask that all cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations or reschedules within 24–48 hours of your reservation will incur a 50% fee, and those made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

You may transfer your reservation to another guest at any time — a gesture we see as a continuation of our table’s spirit of sharing and community.

General

What is the dress code?
We encourage elevated, dinner chic attire that reflects the spirit of the evening. For themed dinners, specific colors or styles may be suggested in advance.

Is gratuity included?
A suggested minimum gratuity of 20% is appreciated for the dining team and can be added at the conclusion of your meal.

Where are you located?
Pimento and Opal by Pimento host experiences across Brooklyn, New York, and Washington, D.C. Specific event locations will be shared upon reservation confirmation.
