Each menu is a poetic expression of Caribbean-inspired contemporary American cuisine, crafted with artistry, intention, and deep reverence for those who came before us. Thoughtfully curated wine pairings accompany each course, enhancing the harmony between flavor, emotion, and the rhythm of the season.

    A six-course autumn experience celebrating the land and its gifts — where roots, smoke, and soil meet in harmony. This intimate dinner invites guests to connect deeply with the season through flavor, texture, and storytelling. Celebrating the beauty of simplicity, the bounty of the harvest, and the connection between earth and table.

    The evening features three sommelier-selected wine pairings and moments of table-side presentation by the chef, designed to awaken all the senses.

  • Caviar-Roe & Fire Sundays — A Rare Indulgence

    Available for three exclusive Sundays only — an evening of indulgence, fire, and the art of contrast with Limited seating at the Chef’s Table. 12:00-3:00PM

    An intimate six-course exploration of the sea’s most delicate treasures — caviar and roe — reimagined through the lens of Caribbean warmth and contemporary artistry. Each dish layers opulence with depth: the subtle salinity of the ocean meeting the smokiness of open flame, the brightness of island spice, and the lushness of seasonal ingredients.

    Guided by Chef Toya Henry’s storytelling through flavor, this experience unfolds like a symphony — refined, sensual, and unexpected. Each course is complemented by a curated wine pairing designed to enhance the interplay of texture, temperature, and taste, creating moments that linger long after the final sip.
